Creating a safe space to help clients achieve self-awareness and feel accepted is Rachel's priority. Rachel earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University. She helps adults with anxiety, emotion regulation, and negative self-talk. Holistically, she is a trained sound healer and has experience incorporating nature in her therapeutic work. She assists adults (18+) with maintaining eating disorder recovery. CLINICAL APPROACH
Through a self-compassionate lens, Rachel helps clients treat themselves with kindness. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, she assists her clients with understanding their thought processes and regulating their emotions. She incorporates mindfulness to support clients with living in the present moment, gaining self-awareness, and promoting a non-judgemental outlook. She has a strong interest in connecting with nature to positively impact mental health. Rachel is a certified nature-informed therapist and loves to incorporate the natural world and outdoor sessions in her practice with clients who would like this form of therapy. She is fully trained in sound healing and can offer sound bath sessions for interested clients.
