Matthew Lowe
M.A., LCPC
If you're looking for growth and/or healing- if you feel motivated by pressing questions about life, specifically your own- then Matthew may be a good fit! Matthew studied counseling at William James College, following advanced studies in philosophy and theology at Harvard Divinity School and Columbia University.
CLINICAL APPROACH
Matthew uses a friendly and conversational approach to help you learn more about yourself, the dynamics of your world, and skillful practices you can use to manage inner and outer challenges. His therapeutic style balances thoughtful analysis, emotional processing, imagination, and (curiously enough) fun. Matthew's approach is relational, empathic, and sharp. He sees therapy as a collaboration through which the client finds growth and healing while developing skills for future personal challenges.
