Bev is hosting our  first CMHC pickleball  happy hour social “ Dink and Drink” on Friday October 13th at 5:00 pm at West Towson Playground courts by Bykota Senior Center.  (611 Central Ave. Towson Md 21204). We will play pickleball  and then have a fun social time  of h’ordeurves and BYOB at Bev’s house which is right next to the courts from 6:30 pm- 8 pm… Bev’s address is 506 Park Avenue Towson 21204 if you want to attend just for the social afterwards at 6:30 pm.

**Spouses/partners/friends/family included.  I’ll send out more specific directions/google map to those who are attending but its not far from CMHC in central Towson.  Some specifics-  1.  You dont have to know anything about pickleball to attend- it will be a fun night to learn for any beginners.  Its super easy and if you can play ping pong- you’ll rock it. 2.  I have one net that I can set up for 4 people to play- if we have more participants, I can borrow another net for another 4-some to play and we will alternate on and off. 3.  I have balls and several paddles- if you have your own, please bring that with you or let Bev know you will need to borrow a paddle. 4.  Wear tennis shoes suitable for hard surface court sports- running shoes can be tricky due to the tread on the bottom- but if that is all you have, wear them. 5.  Dress in layers as we will be outside.  If you have a portable folding chair you want to bring to use while waiting to play if we have extra people, that would be helpful. 6.  Park at Bykota Senior Center parking lot on Central Ave.- it is free or park on Highland Avenue just off Joppa Rd right next to the playground courts. 7.  BYOB for social afterwards- I will have hot tea/cider/seltzer water/non alcoholic beverages and h'ordeurves but bring whatever alcoholic beverage you enjoy. 8.  Rain date will be Sunday Oct. 15th at 5 pm.
